Here is how you can list your home on the MLS without paying
an agent’s listing commission:

1. On the home page, choose either the premium or deluxe options to list your home.
2. Follow the prompts to compete the purchase through our secure server. Please note that you DO NOT have to be a Paypal member to complete the purchase!
3. We will email you the necessary paperwork to submit your home to your local Multiple Listing system. Print the paperwork, sign it, and fax it back to (914) 470-1124. Please note that some of the papers are legal (8.5” X 14”) size.
4. Email us at least 6 photos of your home, including an exterior view of the front. You do not need to reduce the size of the photos, but please note that landscaped (wider) photos are superior to portrait (taller) photos.
5. Once we have received your fax, your home will be live on the MLS. It will take up to 72 hours for it to appear on the consumer sites, such as realtor.com.
6. Please provide us with a reliable contact number for agents to call to set up showings.

Once your home is on the MLS, agents will treat is like any other listing paying a 5, 6, or 7% commission. All they will see is the cooperating commission offered, and that is all they care about!
